Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the pieces are unworn, unaltered and returned in their original condition. You can use your preferred tracked courier or ask us to arrange a return service, with the cost deducted from your refund. Once your return reaches us, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Yes. Every CINCO piece is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Your invoice and order number serve as proof of warranty. The warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, improper use, normal wear or the natural fading of gold plating. If you experience an issue, contact us with your order number and photos so our team can assess the piece.
