You can use your preferred tracked courier or ask us to arrange a return service, with the cost deducted from your refund. Once your return reaches us, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Yes. Every CINCO piece is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Your invoice and order number serve as proof of warranty. The warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, improper use, normal wear or the natural fading of gold plating.
